Film Crews

Filming in Botswana

Letaka Safaris has been providing logistical support and filming camps for film crews since 2001.  We know what it takes to make a film camp work in Botswana, wherever you need to go, whatever you need to do, we can make it happen. Because of the remote nature of many of Botswana’s best filming locations, it is essential for film crews to team up with a company that has an intimate knowledge of local logistics, requirements and regulations. Letaka Safaris can provide this support and are proud to have an excellent working relationship with numerous international TV networks and production companies.

What was the highlight of your trip?

The whole trip was a highlight, truly. The guide, the team, the food, the camps, the wildlife. It was all amazing. If I had to choose just one highlight it would be wildlife related. Perhaps the afternoon that elephants quietly marched through our camp on the way to a tasty tree, or the amazing array of wildlife we saw, or perhaps it was the evening by the campfire watching the lunar eclipse. They were all highlights!
